Professor Snakelocks demonstrates his latest creation, the Sizzler, to foreign spies before smuggling an army of robots into America to hijack a train of Hollywood celebrities. When the Metal Men respond to stop the crime, the Sizzler ambushes them with a transformative power that dramatically alters their fundamental nature, putting them at a severe disadvantage against Snakelocks' robot army.
