Never Kid a Kidder, Archie spreads a rumor that there's an eccentric billionaire in Riverdale who's offering rich rewards to people who go out of their way to help clean up the town. The Cost Of Quality, Outraged at high taxes, Mr. Lodge uses his clout to fight against a proposed budget increase for Riverdale High; Archie comes up with a way to show Mr. Lodge that it's worth paying more taxes to have a better school: introduce a typical graduate from the low-budget, low-tax Central High. Black Out, When a blizzard knocks out the power in the Andrews home, Archie infuriates his parents by leaving them and going to Jughead's house.
