At Steve's Comics Michelangelo, Raphael, and Casey are looking for comics. When Dr. Dome's (a mutant with a glass dome head) robots attack. They team up with two former members of Justice Force, "Stainless" Steel Steve and Metal Head, and defeat the robots. "Stainless" Steel Steve then sends a signal to the remaining members of the team, Zippy Lad, Joey Lastic-- The Rubberband, and Battling Bernice, to meet him at his house. The Turtles and Casey decide to join them. When they arrive it is revealed that many of the members powers have grown worse over the years. Even though they all defend the house from another wave of Dr. Dome's robots. Then Dr. Dome arrives in a giant robot and is prepared to go to battle when what appears to be Battling Bernice arrives. She destroys his robot and explains that she is really Battling Bernice's daughter. It is also explained that he was in love with her mother and when she did not return his affection he went to battle with them. He decides to relent though and goes with "Stainless" Steel Steve and Metal Head to work with them. The Turtles are left wondering will he really relent.
