This issue is included in the same print as Cerebus #289 - Latter Days 24 : Chasing YHWY VIII: The Final Twinkle, on the flip-side. It is printed as though it's a separate issue, with it's own cover and title page, so it seems reasonable to have them both as separate issues in the same volume. They even have different months associated with them (APR for 289 and MAY for 290). While glancing through it it appears as though Dave Sim wanted more pages to tell the story started in #289 without waiting until #290 shipped. There isn't a clear, obvious dividing line between 289 and 290. However, the reasons for combining these two issues is supposition on my part. When comparing this issue to Cerebus #112/113 - Square One it appears that keeping this issue separate from 289 is appropriate. Both 112 and 113 are listed on the cover of that issue indicating they're both inside. This is in contrast to this issue and 289 where depending on which side is viewed could contain only that one issue.
